Has My Sample Reached the Lab?

Important: We are currently working to upgrade the computer systems at our contracted laboratory. Unfortunately, during this time customers will not see an update to the sample status timeline. We will do our best to return results within our processing estimate, however, there may be a delay in returning reports to you. Additionally, sample transit times to the lab vary depending on your region. You must provide your sample and return your kit from the same country listed on your order.

Samples mailed from Canada typically reach the lab within 2-3 weeks. To track your kit's progress to the lab, a return tracking link is available from the sample status tile on your profile homepage.

Your sample will be returned to our distribution center in Concord, Ontario via Canada Post and then forwarded in bulk to our laboratory located in Burlington, North Carolina via FedEx. There may be a slight delay from the time your sample is received by the distribution center and when it is shipped to our laboratory. It is not uncommon for samples to be held at our distribution center for up to one week.

If the laboratory receives an unregistered sample, the kit barcode and registration instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the order. The sample collection tube can be registered at:
