How do I track my order?

23andMe typically ships orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email at the address associated with your order as soon as your order ships. The shipping notification email will include a tracking number that will allow you to track your package. Keep in mind that depending on the carrier, the tracking number can take 24-48 hours to become active.

Orders are typically delivered within 5-8 business days for Standard shipping or 2-3 business days for Express shipping. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as shipping and processing times may vary. If it has been more than 10 business days since your order was shipped and you have not received it, contact Customer Care for assistance.

If you have not received the “Your Order has Shipped” email, your order has not yet shipped.
