Account Settings: Email, Password, Secret Question

Important: This article includes instructions for updating your account email, password, and secret question when you are logged into your account.
  • If you cannot access your account because you forgot your password, you can review the instructions to reset your password.
  • If you are unable to access your account because you don't remember your account email address or the answer to your secret question, please contact Customer Care.


Account management features can be located by clicking on the profile menu in the upper right and selecting Account Settings from the dropdown.


From the Account tab, you can update your email address, account password, and secret question.

When changing your email address, you must answer your security question and enter your password before these changes can be made. Once updated, a confirmation email will be sent to your address. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm the address and access your account. Once changed, your updated email address will become your new login.
